What you will do

Your role as the Sales Manager on the Dutch team will be nothing short of exhilarating. With ownership of the Dutch Sales strategy, you'll shape and optimize our approach to generate demand and close deals. As you lead your team, you'll explore innovative ways to reach potential clients, drawing upon your expertise to inspire and guide them to victory.

Working in close collaboration with the Executive Team, you'll be at the forefront of driving the company's growth, making impactful decisions with short communication lines. Here's a heads-up - this is a Hybrid role, providing you with a perfect balance between office and remote work, ensuring flexibility while still fostering a sense of collaboration and camaraderie.

Some activities will include:

  • Work closely with the Executive team to identify areas of strategic opportunity in the Dutch market and then implement actions that can drive revenue from it
  • Set ambitious sales targets and monitor the team's performance, taking necessary steps to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  •  Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and prospects, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Mentor, coach, and train the Dutch sales and customer success team
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new salespeople
  • Refine and improve the sales process
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations, highlighting key performance indicators and presenting actionable insights.

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B Sales where you were involved in scaling an early-stage high growth SaaS company

  • Demonstrable experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • Knows how to recruit, train and retain a high performing team
  • Exceed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets by effectively managing the sales team
  • Passion for problem solving with a roll-up-sleeves attitude
  • Maintain CRM data and pipeline
  • Develop best practices for acquiring new clients from ideal client profile identification, personalized prospecting through to the closing process
  • Coach and motivate your teams to become top achievers and future leaders
  • Understand customer and market trends
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Continue to develop your own professional skills and mentor others
