We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative who will play a large role in the expansion into the US market and who is ready to embrace Rodeo’s innovative and fast-paced environment. You will work in a dynamic, team-first atmosphere where your opinion matters.

This role reports into the Head of Sales for the US.

Please note: This is a hybrid role, which means you will be required to be in the office at least 3 days a week.

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed quarterly SQL targets and prospecting metrics.

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach efforts.

  • Craft creative messaging for each persona and industry.  

  • Qualify leads and conduct effective discovery calls using the ANUM framework.

  • Collaborate with AEs to build out lead targeting strategy.  

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.

  • Help build sales plays and contribute to Rodeo's evolving sales motion.

  • Maintain proper data hygiene in the CRM and the entire technology stack.

What you should have

  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Desire to work for a fast-growing technology company, preferably in SaaS.

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and business development.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.

  • Familiarity with different CRMs and sales productivity tools.

Base salary range: $55,000/yr - $60,000/yr plus commission
