We're a looking for a Product Marketing Specialist who will conduct market research through actively connecting with customers, monitoring competitors, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and synchronizing with internal teams to improve customer retention and increase user adoption.
Please note: This is a Hybrid role, which means you will be required to be in the office at least 3 days a week
Measure, analyze, and optimize all touch points of the customer journey through data analysis and data-driven decisions based to create customized marketing strategies based on feature adoption, product usage, and acquisition channels.
Conduct market and competitor research, including focus groups and customer interviews to create a feedback loop across Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
Define target buyer and user segments for Rodeo’s features to contribute to creating marketing strategy that drives ongoing awareness, preference, purchase, and adoption.
Help manage the product roadmap, including internal and external communications relating to new feature releases, prioritizing well researched features that best benefits our target personas.
Develop and optimize onboarding workflows that lead to higher adoption and increased conversion to a paid plan.
Drive product synchronicity across Marketing, Sales, and Product departments to build compelling messaging that drives awareness, consideration, and adoption among existing users and customers.
Create truly powerful messaging for landing pages, email campaign content, and helpful content for specific market segments.
Develop value propositions, messaging, case studies, and collateral that support engagement across and provide product knowledge.
Stay on top of industry trends by attending industry events, monitoring competitors and partner activity, and reviewing customer feedback & market trends regularly.
Dutch and English proficiency is highly desired for this role
Proven track record of bringing teams together to ship products and projects, using data and research to optimize decision-making.
Minimum 3 years experience in product marketing, product management, research, or marketing in the software, SaaS, technology, or project management space.
Experience with customer engagement tools, marketing automation, product analytics, or similar technology.
Ability to understand technical product releases and translate them into actionable marketing strategies and deliverables.
Ability to create persona-based content for users, senior technical and non-technical decision makers, and executives.
Experience with project management tools, as well as Hubspot, Segment, and Intercom is very desirable.
