We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to help achieve Rodeo’s ambitious goals for 2024. You will play a key role in Rodeo’s growth within the Netherlands & Belgium. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a previous Account Executive role and preferably experience in selling (software) to companies within the creative industry (e.g. marketing & advertising companies, video production companies, multimedia companies).

For the Account Executive position, we are looking for an eager and business-minded professional who will help us reach Rodeos ambitious goals for 2024.
Please note: This is a Hybrid role, which means you will be required to be in the office at least 4 days a week.
Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with new clients
Manage the sales process from start to finish, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure happy customers
Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and market trends
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of 2-4 years selling to companies within the creative industries
Fluent in Dutch
Strong understanding of SaaS business models such as Product Led Sales and subscription pricing
Strong knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g. SPICED, MEDDIC, MEDDPIC)
Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM and sales automation software (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot etc.)
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Being part of a fast-growing SaaS scale-up
