We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive who will play a big role in the expansion into the US market and who is ready to embrace Rodeo’s innovative and fast-paced environment. You will work in a dynamic, team-first atmosphere where your opinion matters.

This role reports into the Head of Sales for the US.

Please note: This is a hybrid role, which means you will be required to be in the office at least 3 days a week.

What you will do

  • Execute the sales strategy to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.

  • Own the full sales cycle from start to finish, from prospecting and demoing to negotiating and closing to onboarding and supporting customers.

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Rodeo's products and services to key decision-makers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers to expand accounts.

  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.

  • Help build sales plays and contribute to Rodeo's evolving sales motion.

  • Maintain proper data hygiene in the CRM and the entire technology stack.

What you should have

  • 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, preferably in SaaS.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and business development.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting into new accounts and conducting value-based product demonstrations.

  • Experience at a start-up or in a competitive and collaborative environment.

Base salary range: $75,000/yr - $85,000/yr plus commission
